One-to-one Coaching and Development

Where training and development is urgently required or where the training needs are unique, we provide one-to-one coaching and development in the subject matter of any of the programmes listed above.  The beauty of one-to-one coaching and development is that it can be designed to address the specific needs of each individual and the coaching sessions can take place on your own site.  This makes it extremely cost effective and time efficient.  The manager being coached (coachee) has the opportunity to discuss live issues on the spot; to explore possible solutions and to discuss or role play them with the coach.  The coach is also accessible on the phone and by email between sessions.  Assignments can be agreed in advance of each coaching session to ensure the best possible use of coaching time.   The coaching process is particularly valuable for newly appointed managers or for managers who need to implement change.  If we can help you with your Management Coaching and Development needs please contact us today.
